Linksys ac1900 vpn

I downloaded the config profile from the Linksys router and I am able to establish a VPN connection to the router. But that's where it all stops. I cannot access my network shares using UNC protocol. My router WAN IP is 211.28.230.XX. My router LAN IP is 192.168.0.1. My router VPN IP is 172.119.13.XX.
